When are boarding passes issued?

It is recommended to issue them a few days before departure, since boarding passes can only be issued once.

You can issue boarding passes through the check-in section or directly at the ticket office on the day of departure. If boarding passes are lost before use, payment equivalent to the affected portion of the ticket will be required. After the trip, once it has been verified that the initial boarding passes were not used, the customer will be refunded this amount paid a second time.

Some ferry companies do not allow online boarding pass issuance.
