I can’t complete my booking. What can I do?

If you encounter errors, such as the system not allowing you to complete the booking, check that all required fields in the form are filled out correctly.

If an error message ZZ999 appears, we recommend trying the booking again or trying later. You can always contact our customer service team, who will try to resolve the issue.
