We have a rental car and don’t know the license plate. What do we put in the vehicle field?

In the case of a rental car, you can enter “RENTAL” for make and model and “ABC1234” for the license plate.

You can also select the checkbox in the vehicle information that says: “Don’t know it? Check this box and contact Customer Service before traveling.”
