What does the resident documentation refer to?

– SPANISH NATIONAL ROUTES
It refers to the fares of regular maritime transport services granted by the Spanish State. It applies to Spanish citizens and to other EU citizens who can prove residence in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla, on routes departing from or arriving at a port in their autonomous community/city of residence.

The discount applicable to all direct routes, whether one-way or round-trip, is 75% (89% in the case of Formentera). This discount applies to the cost of accommodation. Vehicles, pets, or other services such as meals are not discounted.

– ITALIAN NATIONAL ROUTES
A discount applies for reservations for residents or natives in Sardinia and Sicily.
Residents are understood to be EU or non-EU citizens living in a municipality of the Sardinia or Sicily region, as well as employees born in Sardinia or Sicily who do not reside there, and their dependent family members, with valid documentation presented at the time of booking, purchase, or boarding.
